About us

Two engineers, a company built to last.

Ragis Group was born in the daily operation of a manufacturer. The firm rose when we understood that the agency model could not run a business.

Origin.

Ragis Group was built from the real operation of a corporate manufacturer. The founders —Keyla and Raúl, engineers— designed, executed, and documented the method they now apply with every client. The company did not arise from a commercial hypothesis: it arose from the auditable record of a case that worked.

Why engineering training matters.

An engineer does not improvise, they decompose. Before acting they identify variables, risks, constraints, and alternative paths. Engineering training is not decorative at Ragis Group: it is the operational condition that defines who we hire and how we work.

Eliminating distance.

A Latin American manufacturer selling to a U.S. consumer is separated by operational, regulatory, and cultural distance. Ragis Group eliminates that distance with a team present on both sides of the border.

Leadership.
